Called this morning inquiring about the Destiny 2 collectors edition strategy guide. Employee confirmed they had two on hand so I said OK I'll be there to pick one up. Got to the store and asked were the strategy guides are. Employee pointed out were but the strategy guide wasn't there. I said I called and asked and y'all said u have 2 on hand. The employee took a look around and said sorry they must have been out online and was t updated in the system. -.- I work in retail, if something is purchased online for pick up from a store there inventory automatically adjusts. Very disappointed, wasted $2.45 in gas both ways, who's gonna refund me my wasted gas money?
Always has what I need but the experience is hit or miss.
Large selection of consumer electronic devices. There is a lot of staff who are very willing to help. It is somewhat obvious though who has knowledge on certain products and who doesn't. I often times found myself making points that the salesperson had to either double-check or they had no idea. Still love being able to go see a product up close and personal before making a buying decision.
Computers they are always knowledgable and it’s a quick great experience.
Typical Best buy...Very big... everything and then some...clean store..pretty knowledgeable staff... Bathrooms...Well lit Parking!!!
Cell phones (I’ve used Sprint & AT&T) it’s hit or miss. You need a knowledgable staff member to get anything done in an hour. If you have less than an hour, don’t go here. They will pull staff from other departments to cover, if they do... just leave. It’s not worth your time, the cell phone providers do not make it easy for people who don’t deal with this daily.
Generally clean, and knowledge staff. Depending on who you get, they're very honest about their products, but sometimes you can get someone who's just trying to sell you stuff. You gotta be careful just like any other store, but overall a decent best buy. It's not the biggest best buy so it does have a limited collection, which is why I took off a star.
