I hope somebody reads this. Let me tell you my experience. I went to the at&t store. I bought the 2 phones. I left the store. One of the phones suddenly stops working. It hasn't even been 30 minutes. I didn't drop the phone. I turned back to go to the store. I explained this to the manager. He was so rude. He didn't want to help me at all. The way he was talking seemed like he wanted me to get out of the store. He keeps saying this is not our responsibility. Once you walk out the store we can not exchange the phone. He sent us to the Apple store. We went to Apple the people that work at the Apple store said at&t isn't allowed to do this. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.
DON'T GO TO THIS STORE!!!! We went here to sign up for a new 2 line plan, and I told them our budget was $150 a month, and now my bill is $195 a month, they tacked on a "promotion" that is charging us an Extra $35 a month that we never agreed to, and the manager wouldn't do anything about it, and said it was our word against his. We got swindled hardcore, and we will be reporting this store for predatory practices to the State attorney General.
Customer service was subpar one associate Nick was very nonchalant about my needs didn’t seem interested in helping me at all I won’t be returning here ..
They were extremely helpful - resolved all our questions and issues
The service here has shifted south. They need to work on things to be able to help everyone out again.
