I've found Carter's to be very good quality. If you look at the price tag, it seems insanely expensive; however, they always ( and I mean always) have 40, 50, or 60% off. Not to mention, if you enroll for their emails, you will always have an extra 20% off coupon to use on top of that. You cannot use that coupon with their doorbusters or clearance. They also have 20 (always in store) or 30% off the clearance. If you're patient, go around holidays for 30 or even 40% off clearance.
I find better prices at this store then anywhere else. The staff has been friendly so far.
