Horrible customer service. Don't know who trained these individuals for answering phones but they need to be retrained. When your on the phone with a customer you shouldn't be having conversations in the back ground and putting that customer on hold.
Would not recommend this company to anybody.
They gave our patients the run around for months, and by the time the patient received the walker it was the wrong size and make even after putting the information of the patient in the prescription. All in all just do NOT use them. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache!
Wow !! I wish I read this companys reviews, before using them. Totaly ghetto. I told the girl I didn't need the machine any longer and they said I could not have the supplies either then. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!
