We called to cancel our storage unit because our plans were changed. We cancelled in the allotted time necessary. Instead of canceling our order, they confirmed our order!!! I am now $2000 short in my bank account and occurring overdraft fees due to not having planned for the expenses! This happened early Friday morning and was told it would be taken care of immediately. Nothing has changed. I am hoping this will be cleared up immediately Monday morning to get my account refunded. This is just adding to the stress of moving 1500 miles away! Avoid!
