My children and I go there all the time! Most of the time we order takeout because it is the most convenient for us. Every time I order, I see a young lady name Brittany who is so nice and provide such amazing service! She gave my two daughters Buffalo Wild Wings crowns and that absolutely made their day!!! They get so excited to see her whenever we come to Buffalo Wild Wings. Overall, she is a HUGE reason why I love coming to this location. She is a total sweetheart and works great under pressure. I normally don’t write reviews but I felt the need to acknowledge not only this young lady but the establishment itself. Food is great and so are the staff!
Will never come here to this location again. Maybe I'll go to another Buffalo Wild Wings, but not here in North Haven, CT. When we arrived, there was a family of 3 who said they'd been waiting 10min. I waited a few min also while watching the reaction of other employees and the mgr himself, who 2 of the 3 working HAD to have seen us standing there. I took into account that they had the hostess actually busing the tables while we arrived, but someone else could've stepped up to the plate. Other than the initial bad service, the buffalo bleu burger I ordered was cold. Sent it back. Came back cold again. Literally.
This is the best restaurant we have visited in a long while. We were so impressed by the warm staff and the atmosphere. The food through was outstanding to say the least. Those wings, we didn't want sauce and they stood alone with excellence. The buffalo fries and the salad was awesome. Yes, we will most definitely return.
