I dropped my clothes of 1/19/16 and when I picked up my order 1/20/16, I was missing a sweater. I told the person at the drive through that I was missing a sweater and she told me I had to call the office the following Friday 1/22/16 to speak with the Manager who was scheduled to be in again on that day. That Friday Morning, I called and spoke with Cindy. I explained what happened and she told me that she would have to check the computer for all of the orders that came in that day to see if there was a sweater added to anyone's order. She told me that she would call me back by the end of the day. I never heard back from Cindy, so on my way home, I stopped in to the store to see if she was available, she was not in and had left for the day. The young lady that was working remembered who I was because she was the one that gave me my clothes on the 20th. I told her that Cindy said she would call me back and never did, she told me that I would have to call her the next day, she told me that Cindy had not left a note saying anything about my lost item. I asked her if she could contact her and she did. While I was there she spoke with her on the phone and told me that Cindy said she would call me the next day, that she would have to check the orders in the computer that she was simply too busy to do it and that she would call me. On Saturday 1/23, she left me a message at 12 noon saying that she checked the computer and the item was not added to any other orders and then said that there was nothing much she could do except maybe check each order that came in on that day. I called the store at 12:06 pm right after I heard the message and she was gone for the day. I was told I had to call her again on Monday. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered, I can't believe she would dismiss me this way and purposely call me at the end of her shift knowing I would not be able to contact her. I have never heard from her or anyone at the North Haven store again with regards to whether or not they have found my sweater.
Excellent dry cleaner, excellent staff, always service with a smile. I️ was also very impressed by the drive thru and the staff never making you put it in your car
Brought them a suit to dry clean only to find that the entire suit shrank. The sleeves are now about 3 inches shy of my wrists. My pants also shrank a couple inches, with the stitching popping loose, but the management assured me in the 10 years of operating, they never shrank anything. Yeah, ok.
My experience at this cleaners was the best, I love the staff!!!!!! everyone was super helpful and the facility is so clean and neat ;with up to date equipment, everyone should visit and use this wonderful cleaners you get a 10 start ratings from me:-)
Went to pick up my king size quilt. When they finally found it they rolled it up and threw it in a package. I had to re-fold and package it up so that it wasn't a wrinkled mess! Horrible service!
After being sandbagged for a week, I finally get a hold of the corporate office where they continue to deny any kind of responsibility. The cost premium of this location and quick turnaround doesn't justify the poor customer service and outright loss of property.
