This place is absolutely horrible. I brought my car in for a oil change (overpriced) one of the employees, either backed into something or hit my car with another. The manager came out did not care at all. I asked him to show me the video tapes he wouldn't. He kept on saying it did not happen here when it absolutely did. I know this because my wife and I were traveling. I would have seen the dent, scratches and seperated fender as I took the bags in and out. He did not try to compensate me in any way. THIS PLACE IS A MESS.
Always half clean, wish North haven had a better quality car wash. As long as you don't mind showing them everytime, everything they missed..then you're good.
Basic exterior clean is not too expensive and does pretty good job
I get a great car wash and the hours (open until 5:00 on Sunday) make it very convenient.
