Every starbucks has wait issues, there wasn't really a line but they forgot to make my coffee or someone snagged it while I sought the restroom. Had to ask but the manager made it right. Felt like people ordering online probably get priority or something so if you don't want a mix up I guess you need an app for that?
Watched one of the servers contaminate my drink with milk in front of my eyes. She found out halfway through making it, it was supposed to be soy milk then just used the same container and same cup just emptied. Some people actually need soy milk due to health reasons and not just lactose intolerance. For some people it's not just the latest fad. You should really be more careful training new people. The only reason it got a second star is because generally the night staff is more competent and it wouldn't be fair to them.
Love this Starbucks it an easy off the highway and back on. The only thing I wish it had was a drive thru so that I didn't have to get out of my car.
Order ahead and it seems it efficient. Order in line and wait your time. And time and time
